Manage 80-100 existing accounts
Monthly check-ins to understand client satisfaction
Ongoing management of client dissatisfaction
Use Hubspot for analytics and notes
Act as the voice of the customer in internal processes
Work closely with Integration and Diver Success teams
Collaborate with Sales team to grow accounts
Report to the VP of Sales and Customer Success
