In Short

• Lead value creation and realization capabilities through field-facing teams.
• Design and execute plans for self-service and high-touch workshops.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to drive value.
• Keep up with market trends and refine value propositions.
• Define and track KPIs to measure business value initiatives.
• Engage with executive-level customers to drive outcomes.
• Develop training programs for field-facing teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals.

• Utilize analytical skills to develop insights and reports.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a business value or strategic role.
• Proven track record of engaging with high-stakes customers.
• Experience in selling complex solutions in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams.
• Ability to think strategically and develop frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset for data-driven insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
