Director of Web Strategy - Remote

Overview

The Director of Web Strategy is responsible for creating web and technical strategy and delivering on web strategy initiatives for clients. They will assist in enterprise client engagements, team management, and help to grow the MarTech function within Unlock Health.

• Lead web and technical strategy for enterprise clients.
• Create web and technical strategy documentation.
• Analyze SEO and marketing campaign performance.
• Develop data-driven web strategies and campaign plans.
• Mentor direct reports and support their professional growth.
• Research new platforms and solutions for MarTech operations.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in database management.
• Provide guidance in developing marketing messaging and content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years as a web strategist, 1+ years as a manager.
• Healthcare or related industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Ad/Marketing platforms.
• Experience building new functions within agencies.
