Overview

The Director, Change Management will guide organizations through transitions by developing and implementing change management strategies, leading teams, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes or systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in an agency or professional services environment.
• 5-8 years of relevant consulting experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Change management expertise, ideally certified with Prosci.
• Project management skills to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Industry knowledge in healthcare change management best practices.
