Overview

The Director of Integrity & Compliance is responsible for leading and guiding the functional responsibilities within Trinity Health, ensuring compliance with regulations and achieving financial goals.

In Short

• Lead and direct the Service Area functional responsibilities.
• Enable regional strategy to address business and regulatory issues.
• Provide functional expertise and ensure performance standards.
• Collaborate with various health ministries for operational consistency.
• Oversee vendor and contract labor management.
• Measure and report KPIs and value delivery.
• Ensure adherence to compliance programs and ethical practices.
• Support regional compliance efforts and initiatives.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Accountable for the success of functional leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, or related field.
• Seven years of relevant experience in healthcare compliance.
• Licensure or certification in compliance, law, or related field.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree or law degree is a plus.
• Experience with government audits and investigations is preferred.
