IT Ops Service Manager - Remote

Overview

The IT Ops Service Manager oversees and facilitates the efficient execution of service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with organizational objectives while managing relationships with internal customers.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for task execution.
• Manage IT Operations ticket iterations using Jira Service Management.
• Ensure timely delivery within SLA timeframes.
• Manage tickets and projects from concept to delivery.
• Define goals and deliverables aligned with Company objectives.
• Monitor and report on ticket progress and solutions.
• Establish priorities with internal customers.
• Communicate business priorities to development teams.
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials.
• Evaluate ticket resolutions and build knowledge base.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a Service Management role.
• Knowledge of JIRA & ServiceNow and MS SharePoint preferred.
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
