Overview

Nutrafol is looking for a highly skilled D365 Implementation Lead & Product Owner to manage an upcoming ERP transition from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Nutrafol’s financial and operational systems across the organization.

In Short

• Own the D365 Product Strategy and maintain the product roadmap.
• Lead the QuickBooks-to-D365 Migration process.
• Translate Stakeholder requirements into solutions.
• Collaborate with Unilever and brands within the Health & Wellbeing unit.
• Drive Continuous Improvement in the D365 environment.
• Be a lead D365 expert for SC/Ops and Finance functions.
• Oversee change management and ensure seamless adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst/Technical Product role.
• 4+ years of D365 implementation experience.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce and CPG sales functions.
• Highly collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading ERP migration projects.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
