In Short

• We’re hiring a Founding Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of software engineering, customer engagement, and product design.
• You’ll own the full technical sales lifecycle — from designing pre-sales demos to advising on architecture, and all the way through post-sales implementation.
• This role is ideal for an engineer who loves being customer-facing and wants to build product, not just pitch it.
• You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product to drive customer success.
• You’ll have significant autonomy, impact, and ownership as the first hire in this function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Sales Engineer at a SaaS company.
• Strong coding skills (ideally in Python, JavaScript, or similar) and experience working with APIs.
• Proven experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity.
• Excellent communication skills — ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
