Requirements

• 10+ years of People leadership experience in high-growth startups.
• Experience as an early Head of People or senior People leader.
• Deep experience in recruiting, compensation, and People Ops.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and influence decisions.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action.
• Exceptional communication skills with senior leaders.
• Experience supporting global teams or mixed FTE/contractor models (bonus).
• Familiarity with modern People tooling (bonus).
• Background in companies valuing craft and operational rigor (bonus).
• Strong command of team scaling and performance management.
