In Short

• Serve as the primary HRBP for multiple global functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, or Operations).
• Partner with managers and employees to drive a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives and managers, providing coaching on leadership effectiveness.
• Support talent management initiatives including performance management and succession planning.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to roll out HR programs.
• Manage and develop one direct report (HRBP or People Partner).
• Use people analytics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Embody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Previous experience in a global, high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Strong track record of building trusted relationships with business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on tactical HR work with strategic initiatives.
• Experience handling complex employee relations issues across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in the U.S. and internationally.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
