As a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager at Nourish, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to improve health outcomes through better nutrition.

In Short

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs).
  • Scale revenue by partnering with healthcare providers.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1 meetings.
  • Implement performance management processes.

  • Utilize data to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Hire, train, and onboard new team members.
  • Conduct “ride-alongs” with PPMs.
  • Review PPM meeting recordings for feedback.
  • Drive the mission of improving health outcomes through nutrition.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in healthcare sales/BD.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Experience hiring and managing high-performing salespeople.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills.
  • Aptitude for learning new systems.
  • Analytical and data-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for nutrition and healthcare improvement.
