Overview

The Provider Partnerships Manager will build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key fertility clinics across the US and Canada, supporting patient escalations and managing relationships to improve access to care and deliver an excellent patient experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1-3 years of partnerships management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience negotiating contracts.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Ability to manage difficult conversations.
• Experience in the fertility industry is a plus.
• Medical billing and coding experience preferred.
