Overview

The Provider Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in advancing Brave Health’s mission by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, ultimately increasing access to patient referrals from those providers.

In Short

  • Identify and engage referring providers including primary care, specialist physicians, and hospital discharge planners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to drive patient referrals.
  • Develop and implement strategies for market expansion, including lead generation and in-person visits.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on strategic initiatives and optimize partnerships.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from partners, patients, and the market to inform strategy.
  • Represent Brave Health at conferences and events to promote our mission.

Requirements

  • 4-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships in the healthcare space.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis.
  • Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings and events.
