• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Response Representative (MRR) to join our marketing team.
• The MRR will engage inbound leads, qualify them as MQLs, and schedule meetings with Partner Managers.
• Respond swiftly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions within the CRM system.
• Schedule and confirm meetings between qualified leads and Partner Managers.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Regularly report on key metrics such as lead response time and MQL conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the Head of Communications to refine lead qualification criteria.
• Actively contribute to the optimization of lead nurturing strategies.
• Ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to Partner Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development or lead qualification.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical skills for interpreting lead behavior and campaign performance.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
