Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery or a related field.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven success in building and leading teams focused on AI and automation.
• Strong understanding of managed care and healthcare management principles.
• Exceptional executive communication skills.
• Expertise in capacity management and operationalizing resource allocation.
• Technical proficiency in AI frameworks and automation tools.
