SOFTSWISS continues to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary HEAD OF PRODUCT - (PLATFORM) to lead the development and growth of our cutting-edge gambling platform. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, ensuring market competitiveness, and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our B2B and B2C clients.

You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the gambling industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the gambling platform.
• Identify market opportunities and trends to drive innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management in the online gambling or gaming industry.
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C gambling platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
• Experience working in a B2B environment within the gambling industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

• Data-driven decision-making skills.
