Overview

  • Document policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and review analysis for PB Coding leadership.
  • Mentor and support PB System Integration team members.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with attention to detail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in healthcare, business, or IT operations.
  • Epic certification in at least one module.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience with physician coding or Epic Resolute Billing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing customer service needs.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of EPIC and coding certifications.
