Overview

The Program Manager Corporate Governance is responsible for managing key functions of the Department of Corporate Governance and board functions, ensuring adherence to system standards and compliance with relevant policies.

In Short

  • Manage corporate governance office activities independently.
  • Prepare and distribute board materials and presentations.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Support management of subsidiaries and coordinate with legal counsel.
  • Conduct legal and factual research and data analysis.

  • Serve as staff to selected boards and committees.
  • Draft and review corporate documents such as minutes and resolutions.

Requirements

  • JD, paralegal, or 5+ years in corporate governance.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to think independently and handle confidential information.
  • Interest in governance best practices.
