Manager, Compliance Program Management – Issues Management Governance - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Compliance Program Management is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance issues are effectively managed across the enterprise and leads the development of oversight activities that support issue identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting.

In Short

• Lead governance and control activities for regulatory compliance.
• Become an eGRC subject matter expert.
• Update Enterprise Regulatory Compliance Issues Management Procedures.
• Create and maintain job aids and guidance materials.
• Develop oversight processes to monitor control environments.
• Conduct investigations into compliance reporting.
• Support communication and training on issues management.
• Assist with closure of findings against the Compliance Issues Management Program.
• Engage in ad hoc transformation changes and projects.
• Ensure alignment with best practices and audit observations.

Requirements

• Experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Technology, or Internal Audit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and execute with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of MERLIN’s Issues Management module is a plus.
• Strong relationship management skills and team player.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• A minimum of 4 years relevant work experience.
