Overview

The Account Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining client relationships and providing support in both in-house and field settings while adhering to the mission and values of Northwestern Medicine.

In Short

  • Remote position with required travel to client sites.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and various internal teams.
  • Provide high-level customer service and support.
  • Manage new account startups and on-boarding processes.
  • Identify and oversee day-to-day service needs of clients.
  • Facilitate communication of issues and status updates.
  • Conduct ongoing on-site visits to strengthen client relationships.
  • Participate in meetings to review client issues and dashboards.
  • Problem solve application and workflow issues collaboratively.
  • Support process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Recent college graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Preferred: MLT or equivalent lab work experience.
  • Preferred: CERT MLT certification.
