Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Engineer role is a key member of the post-sales Onboarding team working closely with engineering, sales, customer success, and directly with customers. This person is a technical expert able to assess and resolve setup issues, bugs, or any other technical challenges customers may face.

In Short

• Guide and support new customers integrating analytics products.
• Validate pixel installations and data quality.
• Help customers resolve implementation issues.
• Improve customer-facing documentation.
• Communicate customer setup nuances to internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or similar experience preferred.
• Understanding of Google Tag Manager.
• 2+ years of software or support engineering experience.
• Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience speaking with customers.
