Solutions Design Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Design Engineer to join our Specialized Services team supporting the Office of Strategic Infrastructure (OSI) Facilities and Real Estate Division (FRED) IT. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to design and implement solutions to meet our customer needs.

In Short

• Design, develop, configure, and architect the Enterprise Computer Maintenance Management System (eCMMS).
• Support NASA OSI requirements.
• Manage and update customer or systems requirements.
• Provide engineering support for the RedHat OpenShift Maximo Application Suite.
• Analyze and define requirements for functionality and maintainability.
• Coordinate with NASA’s functional and infrastructure designs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects and timelines.

Requirements
