Overview

As a Senior Sales Manager at node energy, you will be part of the sales team and the cross-functional product team, developing features for the commercial management of wind and solar parks. Our sales team currently consists of six colleagues, two of whom are assigned to your prospective cross-functional product team. Sales also takes place remotely, allowing you to manage clients across Germany and conduct meetings via Microsoft Teams.

In Short

  • Act as the face to our customers from initial conversation to contract conclusion.
  • Present our SaaS solutions to project developers or operators, create offers, and negotiate terms.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events, giving talks and making valuable connections.
  • Communicate market and customer insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuously work with the sales team to improve the sales process.
  • Maintain our CRM system (Hubspot) reliably.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in B2B sales (at least 1-2 years), ideally in the energy sector or SaaS sales.
  • Comfortable with complex energy-related issues.
  • Experienced with CRM systems (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.) and other digital tools.
  • Goal-oriented and professional in B2B client interactions.
  • Fluent in German (our company language).
  • Passionate about making the energy world climate-friendly.
