As a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) at node energy, you will take on the professional initial contact with our potential customers and ensure a continuous generation of exciting leads that are finalized by the sales managers. Thus, you will make an important contribution to the success of node energy and the energy transition.

In Short

  • Initial contact (Inbound/Outbound) with potential customers and leads.
  • Continuous lead generation through cold outbound contacts.
  • Develop and test new approaches and strategies for lead generation.
  • Utilize various communication channels such as phone, email, and social networks.
  • Contact marketing qualified leads.
  • Document sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Coordinate collaboration with external service providers.

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales, lead management, and demand generation.
  • Ability to systematically qualify, evaluate, and prioritize leads.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools like CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Fluent in German (C1) and good English (B2).
  • Persistent and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Initiative in lead generation and collaboration with other departments.
  • Structured and diligent work in HubSpot.
  • Willingness for regular business trips.
