Requirements

  • Fluent in German & proficient in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or prospecting role.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot).
  • A collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn.
  • Experience in the DACH region is preferred.
  • Strong data analytics skills.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies.
  • Prior experience in a fast-scaling environment.
