Twilio's Segment product team are seeking an outbound Sales Development Representative (German speaker) to be a key contributor in the evaluation and execution of our go-to-market strategy opportunities for Twilio globally. This role presents an outstanding opportunity to growing your career in software sales.

In Short

  • Research and generate prospective customers to resolve how Segment can provide them value.
  • Break into new companies and new markets.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly goals for generating business opportunities.
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports.
  • Work in partnership with an Account Executive.
  • Receive training through the SDR Onboarding Program.

Requirements

  • Hunter mentality, goal-oriented and biased to action.
  • Lean into change and embrace variety in work.
  • Resilience and ability to overcome obstacles.
  • Teamwork and collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Strong direct sales skills and a track record of performance.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in a software-selling environment.
  • Proficient in English and German.
