In Short

  • Drive lead generation and build revenue pipeline.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for rapid follow-up on campaigns.
  • Demonstrate effective sales planning.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales success plan.
  • Partner with the channel team for activities.
  • Work closely with other teams for account intelligence.

Requirements

  • 1 - 1.5 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
  • Energetic and tenacious team player.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points.
  • Capability to analyse needs and handle objections.
  • Self-starter and proficient in remote work.
  • Ambition and creativity to achieve targets.
  • Drive and team orientation.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with sales techniques.
  • Strong communication in German and English.
