  • Plan and manage end-to-end event logistics.
  • Provide personal support to CEO.
  • Manage CEO's expense and morale budget.
  • Support wider Leadership Team with various tasks.
  • Provide strategic administrative support to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-Suite leader.
  • Experience in a startup/scale-up environment.
  • Highly autonomous and calm under pressure.
  • Preferred 3 years working with C-level executives in a global tech company.
  • Strong technical capability in Google Calendar and G Suite.
  • Ability to structure calendar cadence for long-term business objectives.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork experience.
  • Concise and clear communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
