Overview

Nivoda is seeking a hands-on B2B Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of product marketing initiatives across all product verticals. You'll drive external-facing efforts that boost customer awareness, accelerate product adoption, and foster long-term retention in key markets.

In Short

  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for new features and products.
  • Craft messaging and positioning tailored to jewelry retailers and suppliers.
  • Drive multi-channel product marketing campaigns to enhance engagement.
  • Build sales enablement materials and internal knowledge content.
  • Conduct ongoing customer research to inform product direction.
  • Measure and analyze performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the internal advocate for the customer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
  • Support regional expansion with tailored messaging and plans.
  • Lead customer acquisition campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record in driving successful ABM and product marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and performance tracking.
  • Strong positioning and messaging skills for complex products.
  • Experience creating marketing content (decks, emails, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in jewelry or luxury goods industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and metrics.
