Overview

The Network Account Manager is responsible for revenue retention and engagement of Wealth Network Advisors, ensuring they remain active and invested in our platform.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a structured engagement plan with Wealth Network Advisors.
  • Leverage creative approaches to maintain advisor engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for advisor growth and product adoption.
  • Communicate advisor needs and feedback to influence product development.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director of Partnerships for renewal conversations.
  • Partner with internal teams to drive additional value for advisors.
  • Maintain accurate account notes and track advisor interactions in Salesforce.
  • Support operational processes related to billing and renewals.
  • Identify and mitigate potential churn risks proactively.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and reporting activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or customer success.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and track performance metrics.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
