Overview

As the right hand to the Head of Sales, you will play a key role in sourcing, developing, and closing global brand partnerships. This role blends strategic thinking, hands-on sales execution, and deep market research to drive revenue growth and brand alignment for NIP.

In Short

  • Identify and research potential partners aligned with NIP’s brand.
  • Develop outreach strategies and initiate conversations with prospective sponsors.
  • Assist in preparing and participating in sales meetings and pitches.
  • Create compelling pitch decks in collaboration with the Design team.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform sales strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing and esports departments.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in sales and esports.
  • Help integrate commercial efforts into ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Manage communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales software tools.
  • Ability to translate ideas into actionable briefs.
