Overview

The Sr. Manager, Global Travel will lead NinjaOne’s global travel program, managing and scaling the travel platform while ensuring cost-efficient and seamless travel experiences for employees.

• Lead and mentor a team of Travel Coordinators.
• Oversee travel agency relationships and supplier compliance.
• Manage the Navan travel management platform.
• Design and implement global travel policies and processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of business travel management experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Expertise in corporate travel management.
• Proficiency in Navan travel management platform.
• Experience with expense systems like Airbase.
• Impeccable customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work outside standard hours when necessary.
