Manager II, Global Travel & Expense Manager - Remote

Overview

Pinterest is looking for an experienced Global Travel & Expense Manager to lead our newly formed T&E team through day to day operations, redefine Pinterest’s T&E strategy and policy, implement tools, build processes, and collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining an exceptional employee experience.

In Short

• Lead and develop Travel, Expense, Corporate Cards operations.
• Implement best-in-class travel & expense management technology.
• Continuously benchmark and refine policies and procedures.
• Manage T&E vendors and outsourced support teams.
• Ensure strategic program and supplier relationships deliver value.
• Establish relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Implement key reporting and metrics.
• Develop and maintain Travel & Expense Operations documentation.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Travel & Expense experience with 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Deep understanding of global travel logistics and regulations.
• Experience with Travel & Expense tool implementation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented and results driven.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
