Overview

The Analyst, Global Travel & Expense candidate will join the Global Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team, playing a pivotal role in supporting high-impact initiatives related to travel and expense management.

• Lead endeavors to build a best-in-class Global T&E function.
• Establish yourself as the subject matter expert on T&E policy and systems.
• Review and administer T&E platforms.
• Assist in developing T&E expertise and implementing innovative solutions.
• Support day-to-day activities of expense and travel functions.
• Engage with internal customers to address inquiries related to T&E tools.
• Monitor and analyze organizational expenses for policy adherence.
• Provide quality analysis of expenses.
• Work hybrid, reporting onsite to a local DoorDash office.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a support role in a T&E function or similar role.
• Experience with Google Suite or related software.
• Familiarity with expense systems like Brex or Concur.
• Experience in providing reporting and analysis from data.
• Superb customer service skills and a “can-do” attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of self-motivation and initiative.
