Overview

As a CX Global Training Analyst, you will deliver impactful training sessions to frontline teams across various regions, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.

• Deliver engaging training sessions in English & Portuguese.
• Translate requirements into effective training materials.
• Design and develop online training materials using adult learning methodologies.
• Identify updates and improvements on course content.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Training.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience in Customer Experience, preferably in tech.
• Advanced English skills are mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
