Overview

As a Data Analyst at Wellhub, you will play a key role in transforming marketing data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across marketing initiatives.

In Short

• Transform business questions into queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability in dashboards.
• Collaborate with the Global Analytics team for consistent reporting methodologies.
• Work closely with Insights Managers and stakeholders to align analytics deliverables.
• Proficiency in BI and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI is required.
• Advanced knowledge in SQL and/or Python for data analysis is mandatory.
• Understanding of marketing concepts and user journeys is essential.
• Strong storytelling and data presentation skills are necessary.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.

Requirements

• Reside in Brazil.
• Degree in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Previous experience with Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.
• Proficiency in BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Amplitude).
• Advanced knowledge in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and exploration.
• Preferred knowledge of marketing technology platforms such as Hubspot, SFMC, Braze, or Segment.
• Understanding of marketing concepts and user journeys.
• Strong storytelling and data presentation skills.
• Advanced English is mandatory.
