Overview

The Team Lead, Global Travel & Expense role will oversee and mentor a team of T&E analysts, providing guidance to ensure efficient management of travel and expense processes.

In Short

  • Lead endeavors to continue building a best-in-class Global T&E program
  • Quickly establish yourself as the subject matter expert on our T&E policy
  • Review and administer T&E platforms
  • Assist in new areas and work to develop T&E expertise
  • Monitor team performance through reporting on metrics
  • Enforce T&E policies and ensure compliance
  • Handle employee inquiries or issues related to T&E
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on T&E strategies
  • Identify training and development opportunities for team growth
  • Work hybrid, reporting onsite to our DoorDash office in Mexico City

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Travel & Expense management
  • 2+ years experience as a team lead or management experience
  • Experience with T&E tools and platforms
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify trends
  • Ability to work with various partners at multiple levels
