Overview

The Travel & Expense and Vendor Management Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of expenses, creation of vendors, and supporting vendor invoices and payments within the company.

In Short

  • Lead, coach, and mentor T&E analysts.
  • Maintain and enforce policy and procedure documentation for expenses.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on travel & expense.
  • Maintain vendor master file and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for T&E performance.
  • Recommend opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assist with audit and month-end closing activities.
  • Prepare annual 1099 filings.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support professional growth and development of team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Experience with corporate card and T&E platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and sense of humor.
