Overview

The T&E and Vendor Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of expenses, creation of vendors, and supporting vendor invoices and payments within the company.

In Short

• Lead, coach, and mentor T&E analysts.
• Maintain and enforce policy and procedure documentation for expenses.
• Serve as the system administrator for department software tools.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Generate reports and dashboards for T&E performance insights.
• Recommend process improvements for expense reporting and vendor management.
• Prepare annual 1099 filings.
• Assist with audit and month-end closing activities.
• Develop data-driven strategies to optimize T&E operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Knowledge of corporate card and T&E platforms.
• Experience with ERP and procure-to-pay systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
