Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer - SLED - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a sharp, trusted, and highly autonomous Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer to help drive NinjaOne’s expansion into the State, Local, and Education (SLED) market. This is a builder role—your chance to shape how we engage complex public sector accounts, scale technical wins, and define what great looks like in enterprise pre-sales.

In Short

• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for SLED and enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive public sector growth.
• Partner with onboarding and Customer Success teams to accelerate time-to-value.
• Support the review and alignment of technical content within RFPs and RFIs.
• Serve as a strategic voice between Sales and Product.
• Build and maintain reusable technical assets.
• Represent NinjaOne at government and education-focused events.
• Help shape the future of the Enterprise SE function.

Requirements

• 10+ years in a pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role.
• Strong communicator with executive presence.
• Brings deep domain knowledge in IT operations.
• Understands procurement processes and compliance considerations.
• Operates with adaptability and urgency in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Technical certifications are a plus.
