Overview

The Senior Account Executive, Strategic at NinjaOne plays a key role in driving sales and profitability with our largest and most strategic new accounts. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers to create new business opportunities. Successful AEs will excel at qualifying prospects, managing the sales cycle to guide customers through evaluating our product, and securing net new revenue. This is a high-impact, strategic position that will have a significant contribution to NinjaOne’s growth. You will be tasked with sourcing and closing leads for major strategic accounts, helping NinjaOne expand into the large mid-market segment.

In Short

  • Proactively prospect and qualify new leads to build and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects in order to achieve annual sales goals.
  • Become a trusted guide on NinjaOne’s products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects.
  • Negotiate opportunity terms, discounts, and implementation with leadership approval for below-threshold discounts.
  • Demo the product to prospects.
  • Manage sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate NinjaOne’s product and close new revenue.
  • Work with channel partners to influence and close new business.
  • Accurately forecast opportunities in Salesforce to hit or exceed a monthly quota in a defined territory.
  • Occasional travel as needed.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years of quota-achieving sales experience as an Account Executive selling SaaS software to B2B prospects.
  • Experience selling IT Operations software or similar solutions preferred.
  • Polished communicator with the ability to build rapport and influence prospects.
  • Career history of consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Engaging and technical, you can deliver a demo that is meaningful to business users and technical audiences.
  • Excellent professional presence and business acumen.
  • Exceptional ability to build credibility with clients and close new business.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
