Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Mid-Market Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This position will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the mid-market segment, focusing on identifying and developing new business opportunities.

In Short

  • Leverage existing connections in the mid-market real estate technology sector.
  • Identify and engage prospective brokerages.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to develop partnership deals.
  • Maintain accurate information in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Represent Rechat at industry events.
  • Contribute to the sales process, including marketing and product design.
  • Conduct outreach via cold calls and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Articulate our value proposition to create qualified opportunities.
  • Document all activities in our CRM.
  • Drive engagement with leads through follow-up communications.

Requirements

  • PropTech Sales Experience Required.
  • Experience selling SaaS to real estate audiences.
  • Self-starter attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong track record of meeting performance targets.
  • High understanding of the real estate market.
  • Proven ability to articulate value through analytics.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
