Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Enterprise Sales Executive with experience in Residential Proptech to join our growing sales team. This position will play a key role in developing new business, managing strategic relationships, and driving significant revenue growth by securing large brokerages and real estate firms as clients.

In Short

  • Network Building & Client Engagement: Leverage existing connections and build a strong network of decision-makers within the Enterprise real estate technology sector.
  • Client Outreach & Relationship Building: Identify and engage prospective enterprise clients, understand their needs, and educate them about Rechat’s platform and value proposition.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to develop high-level sales strategies and close impactful partnership deals.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Industry Representation: Represent Rechat at industry events and networking functions.
  • Sales Process Involvement: Contribute to all stages of the sales process.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospective clients via multiple channels.
  • Objection Handling & Qualification: Articulate our value proposition and handle objections.
  • Follow-Up & Engagement: Drive engagement with leads through follow-up communications.
  • Strategic Business Development: Manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling SaaS solutions to real estate audiences.
  • Ability to solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate market and its technological needs.
  • Ability to articulate value through analytics and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Remote work competence.
  • Extensive business development, sales, or marketing experience.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
