Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a sharp, trusted, and highly autonomous Enterprise Solutions Engineer to help drive NinjaOne’s expansion into the enterprise market. This is a builder role—your chance to shape how we engage complex accounts, scale technical wins, and define what great looks like in enterprise pre-sales.

In Short

• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership.
• Partner with onboarding and Customer Success teams.
• Support the review of technical content within RFPs and RFIs.
• Serve as a strategic voice between Sales and Product.
• Build and maintain reusable technical assets.
• Represent NinjaOne at enterprise-facing events.
• Help shape the future of the Enterprise SE function.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 10+ years in a pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture role.
• Evolved from a technical background.
• Strong communicator with executive presence.
• Deep domain knowledge in enterprise IT operations.
• Understanding of IT teams' evaluation and implementation processes.
• High emotional intelligence and customer-first mindset.
• Operates well in ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
