Overview

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with the company’s largest and most strategic customers, overseeing a high-value book of business totaling approximately $650K in monthly recurring revenue.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers with high monthly spend.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within customer organizations.
  • Ensure efficient resolution of technical and account-related issues.
  • Monitor account health to prevent churn.
  • Deliver a white-glove customer experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business model.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements through product features.
  • Conduct onsite customer visits as required.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.

Requirements

  • Experience managing high-value SaaS accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Experience conducting QBRs and strategic account planning.
  • Highly organized and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
