The Customer Success Manager - Enterprise will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, focusing on proactive engagement and metrics-driven outcomes to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise SaaS accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of customer health metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to define and track KPIs that matter.
