Dayforce HRIS Analyst - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our global HR team and bring deep expertise in Dayforce & Power BI Analytics. In this role, you’ll configure, maintain, and optimize our HRIS while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data.

In Short

• Configure, maintain and scale Dayforce, including workflows and user role security.
• Manage integrations, including flat file loads and API connections.
• Support HR leadership with metrics and analytics.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
• Conduct regular audits and maintain data integrity.
• Create and analyze advanced reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Participate in HRIS projects from planning to implementation.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to improve efficiency.
• Provide training to end users.
• Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HRIS administration.
• 3+ years supporting global implementation of HCM.
• 2+ years of Dayforce experience required.
• 4+ years of advanced Power BI experience.
• Strong technical expertise in data management and integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and policies.
• Experience supporting change management initiatives.
• Able to handle highly confidential information.
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
