NinjaOne's channel is a core growth engine in EMEA, and we're scaling the team to match. As a Channel CSM, you own the success of a portfolio of EMEA resellers, VARs, and distributors — ensuring partners are enabled, active, and growing their NinjaOne practice. Your job is to turn transactional partners into committed, high-performing NinjaOne advocates.

In Short

  • Own the post-sales relationship for a defined portfolio of EMEA resellers, VARs, and distributors.
  • Travel regularly across the UK to meet partners on-site.
  • Drive structured partner onboarding and enablement.
  • Monitor partner health and activity data.
  • Collaborate with the CAM to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Support partners in building repeatable NinjaOne sales motions.
  • Run regular QBRs with strategic partners.
  • Support distributors in cascading enablement.
  • Act as the internal voice of the partner.
  • Keep Salesforce up to date.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a channel-facing post-sales role in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Deep understanding of the indirect channel model.
  • Familiarity with the UK channel landscape.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK.
  • Commercially sharp with growth signal identification.
  • Strong communicator and trainer.
  • Data-driven and highly organized.
  • Fluent in English; additional EMEA language a plus.
  • Background in RMM, MDM, endpoint management, or IT management SaaS is a plus.
