Overview

The Customer Success Manager will drive strategic account management and build high-impact relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and product strategy.

In Short

  • Manage 20 enterprise and strategic client relationships.
  • Lead onboarding and long-term adoption initiatives.
  • Analyze customer usage to increase product adoption.
  • Own commercial outcomes including renewals and expansions.
  • Shape the Customer Success organization with scalable solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally.

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven success in delivering value for customers using technical products.
  • Strong commercial acumen with renewal and expansion goals.
  • Builder mindset focused on operational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
