Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer success experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth, B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical acumen and process improvement mindset.
  • Proactive communicator and team player.
  • Experience with companies of 100-1000+ employees.
  • Commercial acumen and familiarity with low-code platforms are a plus.
